Leo Full Moon and the Aquarian Age arrives

The Age of Aquarius is here

Full Moon in Leo ~ January 29, 2021

It seems like several decades have transited through the arcades of time since I last wrote about the astrological climate, the map which can give us insights and guidance into these massive shifts in consciousness happening on our planet.

It is in fact, only about six weeks ago.

I’ve put my analytic faculty on hold while the rest of my being has been assimilating and integrating the reverberations of the evolving and shifting paradigms we are making our way through.

I have managed to let uncertainty have its way with me, because I’ve been one of the lucky ones here in Australia, tucked away from the eye of the storm; on the outskirts of some of the more dramatic worldly events, and yet connected on many, many levels with the deep knowing that this is all happening to all of us.

I sat and watched the extraordinary Amanda Gorman recite her electric writings at the President Biden’s inauguration. I breathed in deeply the ‘galactic air’ emanating from this brilliant young woman.
It reinforced in me the knowing I have, that Earth and all her life is moving into the galactic frequencies now, and that we must ground ourselves in our hearts rather than in our theories, concepts and divisions.

Throughout the last six weeks I have been seeing clients and doing my short 15-minute insight readings at the markets near where I live. And I have never been so busy!

At one of the markets there was a queue where some people waited over an hour-and-a-half.

Everyone is opening themselves up to the deeper questions of purpose and meaning. I’m getting fewer of the fortune-telling-type questions: “when will I get a job?”, “when will I meet my love?” and more of the existential statements like: “I feel lost and don’t know which way to turn.”

This is surely one of the great gifts of Covid for those of us lucky enough to not be in the chaotic maelstrom of it. People are looking within, enquiring into the bigger questions about surviving the experience of life on planet Earth at this time.

The chart for the Full Moon shows a dynamic T-square which divides the old from the new; the conservative (Saturn) from the progressive (Uranus). Our need to stick with what feels safe and known and the powerful momentum to take our places in large Universal notions of collaboration, brotherhood and a cohesion.

Jupiter is exactly conjunct the Aquarian Sun, and they are in conjunction with Saturn and squaring the Mars, Uranus and Black Moon Lillith conjunction in Taurus.

This heralds one of the main themes for 2021. Jupiter in Aquarius gives a far-sighted humanitarian vision, and Saturn in that sign makes it real and achievable. We will see huge social reform in 2021. The shift of Saturn and Jupiter out of Capricorn and into Aquarius puts the responsibility (Saturn) less on government and the large institutions and more on the people (Aquarius). And we must all take this responsibility.

The dynamic of this square between Saturn and Uranus in Fixed signs pervades the whole year. People will determinedly stick by their values which will create tension, conflict, and crises especially in the in the first part of 2021. And crisis will open us up to possibilities for growth and more questions about who we are and what we are here to do. (Jupiter in Aquarius).

The strongest times for this are when the square is exact on February 17th, June 14th and December 24th 2021.

There will be instability and transformation in our economic systems, and our societies and infrastructures will become more equitable, under this principled Aquarian energy. Agriculture, buildings, the economy, currencies, air travel, food and social structures are all likely to be revolutionised in the coming years.

With Neptune still squaring the Nodal axis, our sense of compassion, empathy, telepathy and healing will develop further. Aquarius is a mental function, and many of us will have a greater sense of just knowing, and will easily access the field of all knowledge and get the answers we need.

Covid 19 and the Aquarian Age are helping us to deeply question our concepts and notions.
